He is survived by: his family, Tom and Tina; his wife Tina Ball; his daughter Troi Ann Franks; his sister Teresa Franks; his sister-in-law Terri Franks; his nephews, Nathan Franks and Ryan Franks; his great-niece Naomi Jane Franks; and his great-nephew Maverick Paul Franks. He is also survived by his family, friends.
