He is survived by: his mother Miley Stapleton; his stepfather Bill Stapleton; his fiancée Gabriella Maldonado; his daughter Rylie Vaughan; and his siblings, John Stapleton, Tim Butler, Cade Vaughan, Jennifer Stapleton and Erica Stapleton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the American Funeral Service - Denison (4312 W Crawford St, Denison, TX 75020). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
