She was predeceased by: her parents, W. O. Deatherage and Tressie Deatherage; her husband Joe Keith Waldrep; and her brothers, Donald Deatherage and Truman Deatherage.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda (Daryl Albritton), Judy (Lee Stelzer), Wendy (Miguel Ortega) and Angela Barfield of Denton, Texas.; and her brothers, Robert Deatherage, Lester Deatherage and Travis Deatherage. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Betty's passing.
