He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthor Lee and Dorothy Jean Bothwell (Cloud); and his siblings, Richard Bothwell and Joy Stanford. He is survived by : his children, Bric Slampa (Natali) of Wichita, KS, Jennifer Holland (Tim) of Aubrey, TX, Christy Venn of Dirby, KS, Melissa Rockafellow (Travis) of Krum, TX and Karessa Griffin of Pilot Point, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
