Charles Ginnings Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 2, 2022, at the age of 94, Charles Ginnings of Denton, Texas, born in Whitesboro, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ginnings and Vivian Ginnings; his wife Ruby; his brothers, James, John, William and Carlisle; and his grandson John.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Michael (Cheryl) of El Paso, Paul Douglas (Susan) of Denton and Dr. Mark Lee (Saralyn) of Denton; his grandchildren, Austin, Michael, Joseph, Kirsten, Christopher, Cameron, Jordan, Briana and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Madison, Kenley, Ryder, Sofia, Pablo, Tate and Mila.
Charles and James eventually developed the Royal Acres Subdivision in Denton, and donated the land for the Ginnings Elementary School in 1968.
