He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Hawkins and Melanie Hawkins; his wife Michelle Hawkins; his daughter Logan Allen; his son-in-law Tanner Allen; his granddaughter Whitley Allen; his sisters, Beth Jordan and Lesli Watson (John Watson); and his cousin Grant Reedy.
