He is survived by : his wife Mary Pryor Carter; his son Michael L. (Penny Carter) of Denton; his grandchildren, Austin M. Carter of Frisco, Tanner J. Carter, Mikayla Harmon of Mt. Prospect and Ellysa Grace English of Denton; his son Joseph M. Carter; his grandsons, Casper J. Carter of Denton and Clayton R. Carter of Saginaw, Texas; his brother Curtis A. Carter (Connie Carter) of Reno, Nevada; and his siblings-in-law, Betty R. Peery of Greenwood, Larry L. Pryor (Trudy) of Moravia, Texas. and Frank Peery. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
