He is survived by: his mother Helen Cutler; his sisters, Ana Cutler and Tania Coombes; his nephew John Coombes; his brothers, Mike McDaniel and Hank Amor; his nephew Travis Pernock; his partner Kim Massay; and his partner's daughter Nicole. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
