With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Stubbs of Denton, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alonzo Harold Stubbs and Goldie Mae Harris Stubbs; and his siblings, Harold Jr. Stubbs (Margie), David Stubbs (Ida), Michael Stubbs (Anita) and Linda Gentry (Gene).

He is survived by : his wife Rochelle; his children, Daphne Daniels (Sean) of Denton and Derek Stubbs of Flowery Branch, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Adrian Daniels Winn (Robbie) of Ft. Worth, Aubrey Daniels and Alden Daniels of Denton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
