He is survived by: his wife Sandra Duncan Mickelson; his children, Steve Mickelson (Kristi) of Comanche, TX, Rachelle Mickelson LaFlamme (Steve) of Denton, TX and Mark Mickelson (Amy) of Highland Village, TX.; and his grandchildren, Timothy, Jackie (Bagshaw), Caleb, Jacob, Joshua, Jamie, Lindsey (Davis), Zechariah, Trevor, Taylor, Nicholas (LaFlamme), Brooke, Bryce Mickelson, Grace (LaFlamme) and Sophie (LaFlamme). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
