He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Salas Sr. and Sophie Pino. He is survived by: his wife Edith Vandervoort; his daughters, Catherine Veloz, Vickie Gamez, Kristy Gauna and Whitley Luengas; and his siblings, Dorothy Ozuna, Daniel Salas, Diana Wilkerson, Charles Salas, JoAnn Salas, Rebecca Nolan and Suzie Luna. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
