It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Colene Dial of Denton, Texas, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Carpenter and Oleta Reed Carpenter of Argyle, Texas.; her son Keith Dial; and her brother Bill Carpenter. She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Davis Dean of Denton and Jennifer Lynn Colby of Dallas; her grandchildren, Amy Dean James of Granbury, Austin Kazali and Alanna Castaneda of Dallas; her great grandchildren, Tanner James and Mason Mahin of Granbury; her sister-in-law Jackie Carpenter; and her pet Toby Keith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeBerry Funeral Home (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bill DeBerry Funeral Directors (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201).
