She is survived by: her husband Wade Lewis; her children, Gary Lewis (Kerry) of Aubrey, TX, Dan Lewis (Donna) of Carrollton, TX and Shelly Davis (Alton) of Denton, TX; her grandchildren, Daniel Lewis, Anna Lewis, Natalie Davis, Vanessa Davis and Zachary Davis; and her great grandchildren, Connie Lewis and Julieana Mae Lewis.
