We announce the death of Jane Alice Sulstrom in Denton, Texas, born in Eagle River, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 10, 2026, at the age of 98. Jane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Jane will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Jane’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernie Sulstrom; her daughter Kimberlee Sulstrom; her grandson Adam Lankford; and her siblings, Joe Mayo, Robert Mayo, James Mayo, Sue Weycker and Penny Mayo.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Lankford, Linda Mainord and Randy Sulstrom. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home (705 N Locust St, Denton, TX 76201).
