She is survived by: her husband Barry Monroe; her parents, Cindy Lake and Daniel Lake (Mary); her stepfather Tim Lake; and her siblings, Hal Shaffer, Kevin Lake, Timothy Lake, Sarah Ellis, Mary Horn, Stephen Lake, Nathan Lake and Aaron Lake. She is also survived by spouses and 19 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
