He is survived by: his children, James Laughlin, Johnnett Laughlin and Bobbi Laughlin Thurston; his sister Susan Laughlin McKey; his grandson Nathen Laughlin; and his great grandchildren, James Laughlin, Amberlynn "Rosey" Laughlin and John Laughlin.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
