He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Allen Lee and Dorathea Rosenthal Lee. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Jackson Lee; his sister Cherri Lee; his children, Allen Lee and Lori Trexler; and his grandchildren, Alexis Lee, Kylee Trexler and Daniel Hamer.
