He is survived by: his wife Earline; his children, Lori Lea Caldwell (Jon) of Hinton, OK, Tonya Kubicek Copeland of Hickory Creek, TX, Rebeckah Earline Kubicek of Hickory Creek, TX, John Edward Kubicek III (Laurie) of Grand Prairie, TX, Michael D. Kubicek of Lake Dallas, TX and Robert Glenn Kubicek (April) of Corinth, TX; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jeremy, Daniel, Matthew, Garrett, Christine, Crystal, Darren, Hope, Brandon, Brent, Tara, Katelyn, Caley, Coleton, Lexie and Preston. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
