"Tubby" Swafford; his former wife Barbara Brown; his son Alec; his daughter-in-law Katie; his grandson Owen; his son Will (Kelly Gissy); his siblings, Linda Gail Swafford Johnson (Dee "Buba" Johnson), James "Jimmy" Thomas Swafford (Kay Huff) and Joseph Thomas Swafford (Laura Lynn Bray); his nephews, John Brady and Matthew James Holcomb; his brother Timothy Wayne Swafford (Gayleen Swafford); and his nieces and nephews, Andrea, Chelsea and Craig.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Johnny's memory to the Houston Area Parkinson Society, an organization that made a significant difference in his life early in his diagnosis.
