She was predeceased by : her parents, James Benny Crutcher and Annie Ruth Crutcher (Hayes); and her brother James Crutcher. She is survived by : her husband Charles A. Perkins; her children, Joel A. Perkins and Natalie Weaver (Tim); her siblings, Edith Huddleston and Charles Crutcher; and her grandchildren, Kaylie Weaver (Bryte Henry), Krista Weaver and Kollin Weaver (Libby).
