He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Puckett; and his grandfather Charles Edward Lewis. He is survived by: his father Steven Lewis Sr. (Janet Puckett); his son Gage Lewis; his siblings, Steven Lewis Jr. and Jennifer Drake (Shawn Drake); and his grandmother Joyce Putnam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts.
