She was predeceased by : her parents, Cleo Worthy and Alphena Birdie Worthy; and her spouse Sidney Sprabary. She is survived by : her son Jimmy Sprabary (Susan) of Denton; her sister Mary Ann Cox (Grady) of Collinsville; her grandsons, Jason Sprabary (Shannon) and Wesley Sprabary; and her niece Linda (Terry Nevel). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
