He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Patterson and Agnes Patterson (Barrett); his wife Kathy (Shook); his children, Matthew (Laura), John (Lindsay) and Shay (Jonathan Sprague); his grandchildren, Noah, Sofia, Elias and Baby Boy Sprague; his sister Janet Patterson Everett; and his grandparents, John, Nettie Barrett, Beulah and Matthew Patterson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Oasis. The Oasis, an Early-Stage Alzheimer's/Dementia Program, is an outreach ministry of The First Baptist Church of Lewisville partnering with the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Dallas.
