She was predeceased by: her husband James Garvin; her parents, Charlotte Orr and Ernest Orr; and her siblings, Bobby Webb, Diane Cook, Gary Orr and Ernie Orr.

She is survived by: her children, Jay Garvin (Nell) and Roxanne Boehm (Terry); her grandchildren, Luke Boehm and Trish Boehm; and her brother Chuck Orr (Mimi). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations go to the American Liver Foundation.
