He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Clegg and Betty Clegg. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Rae Clegg; his former spouse Valeree Clegg; and his nephews, Scott Clegg and Bill Clegg.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the DeBerry Funeral Home (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Richard's memory to a local blood bank of your choice or simply take a moment to lend a hand to someone in need—just as he would have done.
