He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Curtis Barnett and Jessie Benios Karnes. He is survived by: his wife Janet Barnett of Denton; his children, Bill Barnett (Sarah) of Lantana, Tyler and Megan; his stepdaughter Robie Skari (JD) of Arlington; and his stepgrandchildren, Jayton and Tatum.
