He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd W. Bengtson and Eva F. Baltrus Bengtson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Farrar; his daughters, Mary (James Jones) of Corpus Christi, Theresa (Robert Harris) of Sachse, Catherine Johnston (Jack Landry) of Denton, Patricia (Edward Cash) of Carrollton and Susan; his brother Robert; and his son-in-law James Johnston. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.
