He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Wayne (Howard) of Colorado and Patricia Jean Nigbur (Wallace) of Minnesota; his children, Julia Clare Moen and Adam Louis Moen; and his family, Monica, Adam, Julia, Malia, Eleanor Yasuko and Simon Hideo.
