Bette Moncrief Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bette Moncrief of Desoto, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on May 1, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lillie Mae and D. L. Irwin; her husband J. B. "Monk" Moncrief; her siblings, Jess, Bill, Irwin, Virginia Goodrich and Lillie Taylor; and her grandson David Gibbs.
She is survived by : her daughters, Judy Gibbs (Ron) of Walla Walla, Washington, Marilyn Berry (Pat) of Austin, Texas and Margaret Taylor (Hubert) of Oak Point. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family requests memorials or donations be made in Bette's name to the North Texas Food Bank.
