She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Bedford and Anthony "Bo Mixon" Rogers; her grandparents, Odessa Powell Wells, Ruth Mixon Mendenhall, Benton Bedford and Jadie Mendenhall; her great-grandparents, Hattie Mixon, Lizzie Welch Bedford, Deat Mixon and Athon Powell; and her brother Ralph Wells.
She is survived by: her son Torrey E. Carroll; her daughter-in-law Olanikki Burman-Carroll of DeSoto, Texas; her daughter Nakesha D. Reddick-Ayala (Roberto Ayala) of Red Oak, Texas; and her grandchildren, Jayden Elijah Guinn, Zachary Hudson Jovaun Carroll, Madison Jennifer Daye Carroll, Simone Alise Reddick, Sydney Elise Reddick and Jaxsen Alijah Reddick.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM.
