She was predeceased by: her mother Francisca Heredia; her husband Mike Alvarez, Jr.; her children, Marivel Perez and Jose Antonio Molinar; and her stepdaughter Christina Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Gerardo Morales (Linda), Juan S. Morales (Elida) and Maricruz H. Espinosa (Nestor); her stepchildren, Mike Alvarez Jr. and Dolores Everett (Bobby); Jenny. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; four siblings; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
