He was predeceased by: his parents, W. P. Russell and Ruth Davenport Russell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Russell of Devine; and his children, Richard Russell of Austin, William Russell of Austin and Chayah (Robert Fernandez). He is also survived by 3 sisters; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (500 Main St, Rochester, TX 79544).
