The memory of Ricky L. Hanson of Devine, Texas, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Lea Hanson; and his son-in-law Cody Krueger. He is survived by: his father Robert Hanson; his siblings, Janice Haar, Kenny (Danelle) and Harlan Hanson (Jan); his children, Katherine Garza (CJ), Kelsey Kresta (Cameron) and Kimberly Hanson (Joel Rocha); his grandchildren, Caden Reese Hanson and Alayna Jo Garza; and his children, Parker Lynn, Cannon Wesley Kresta, Berkly Rae and Haisley Mae Rocha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a memorial fund benefiting his grandchildren—his favorite legacy of all. Donations can be made at any Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) branch under Ricky Hanson Memorial Fund.
