She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenia Smith and James Smith. She is survived by: her husband Blaine Eaton; her children, Derrick Eaton, Kimberly Kuykendall (Kenny) and Clifford Eaton (Jenny); her grandchildren, Ashley Sollock (Brittany Gantt), Jeremy Eaton (Jacy Eaton) and Erin Patino (Curtis Kuykendall); and her great grandchildren, Nolan Sollock and Jackson Sollock.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Teresa's name to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
