He was predeceased by: his father Michael McWhorter of Datil; and his grandparents, Frank, Lola McWhorter of Socorro, Bob and Anah Lee of Datil.

He is survived by: his wife Kayla; his children, Ella and Daniel; his mother Carol Lee; and his brother Trampas. He is also survived by three children; along with countless extended family members and dear friends.
