He was predeceased by: his mother Adelina Del Toro Pargas. He is survived by: his father Jose A. Pargas; and his siblings, Patsy Ybarra, Debbie Rodriguez (Isaac), Joyce Marie Rivera (Enrique) and Fred Pargas (Jessica). He is also survived by 11 nieces & nephews and numerous great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (375 Co Rd 5214, D'Hanis, TX 78850). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
