She was predeceased by: her parents, Dollie Crawford (Daniel) and Samuel Crawford; her husband Albert "Joe" Cook; her son Edward Cook; and her nephew Numan Gray.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Cook (Tiny); her grandson J. J. Cook; her nieces, Katie Parrish (Don) and Georgia Latham (Travis); and her great-niece Allison Oliver (Brian).
