He is survived by: his wife Aurora Hernandez; his children, Jose Hernandez (Georgina) of Diboll, Hector Hernandez (Martha) of Diboll, Maria Buenrostro (Arnoldo) of Diboll, Ignacio Hernandez Jr. (Leslie) of Katy and Felipe Hernandez (Norma) of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Chris Buenrostro (Natalie), Corey Hernandez (Kristy), Eric Buenrostro (Catherine), Jessica Esteves (Esteban), Sara Hernandez, Samantha Allen (Zach), Anabel Hernandez (DJ DeJesus), Elsi Hernandez, Felipe Hernandez (Alejandra), Ivan Hernandez, Christina Hernandez (Nico), Adan Hernandez and Julian Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ava, Elijah, Khalessi, Analiyah, Kamila, Amelia, Madison, Felicity, Maggie, Joanna, Bethany, Joziah, Tristan and Emma; and his sister Guadalupe Hernandez of McAllen, Texas..
