She was predeceased by: her mother Teresa Serrano; her daughter Chona Gaitan'; and her daughter-in-law Maricela Gaitan. She is survived by: her husband Baldemar Gaitan, Sr. of Diboll; her children, Baldemar Gaitan, Jr. of Diboll and Bertha; her son-in-law Domingo Villanueva Jr. of Diboll; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Patty Gaitan of Diboll; her grandchildren, Baldemar (Azalia Gaitan, III), Samuel Franco Gaitan, Alejandra (Jason Martinez), Cristyna (Angel Cruz), Michael (Jazmin Gaitan), Juan Bosquez, Alejandro Bosquez, Andy Villanueva, Elena Villanueva, Monica Villanueva, Alexus Gaitan and Sianna (Garret Peck); and her great grandchildren, Baldemar IV, Moises, Kinsler, Lia, Ezekiel, Yulianna, Isabella, Sebastian and Kiana.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Primera Iglesia Bautista de Diboll (439 FM 2497, Diboll, TX 75941). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Forest Haven Cemetery (400 Neal Pickett St, Diboll, TX 75941).
