With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pedro Moreno of Diboll, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro C. Moreno, Sr. and Guadalupe Moreno (Silva); his siblings, Sara Moreno, Lupita Moreno and Jaime Moreno; and his siblings' children, Pedro Del Toro and DeZarae Page.
He is survived by: his spouse Terry Moreno; his daughter Alicia; his son-in-law Lou Sanchez of Lufkin; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Jason Walker of Leesville, Louisiana; his daughter Sandy; his son-in-law Michael Day; his daughters, Heather Saldana and Amber; his son-in-law Allen Peterson; his grandchildren, Julian Sanchez, Jace Walker, Justin Saldana, Anthony Lopez, Travis Collier, Reyna Witherspoon, Jordan Collier, Karlyn Perkins, Farrah Peterson, Finleigh Peterson and Ella Peterson; his grandchildren-in-law, Christine Walker, Samantha Velasquez, James Witherspoon and Rustin Perkins; his sister Aida; his brother-in-law Robert Del Toro of Groesbeck, Texas; his siblings, Elizabeth Segura and Carlos; his sister-in-law Christy Moreno of Houston; his brothers, Isreal Moreno of Diboll and John Moreno of Diboll; and his sister-in-law Kelly Moreno of Diboll. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; brother.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
