He is survived by: his wife Ann Joyner Cooke; his daughter-in-law Laura Cooke; his children, Anne Speelman (Scott Speelman), Carol Mettlen (Jimmy Mettlen) and Kyle Cooke (Ginger Cooke); and his grandchildren, Mac Cooke, Marcus Cooke, Sarah Terry, Steven Lumbley, Marci Crumley, Ethan Mettlen and Caleb Cooke.
