He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Guedin and Bonnie Bell Tolar Guedin; his wife Patty Guedin; and his son Ernie Guedin. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kessel (Bob) and Jack Adrian Guedin, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Hannah Webb, Jack, Maddie Guedin and Ashley Chu; and his great grandchildren, Juniper and Archie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
