She was predeceased by : her husband William Gene Raines; her parents, Clarence Winzer and Merdie Winzer; her father-in-law William Lawrence Raines; her siblings, Cecil Winzer and Brenda Fugate; and her sister-in-law Wanda Raines.

She is survived by : her sons, William Gene Raines Jr. and Clarence Matthew Raines; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob Raines, Gavin, Bryce, Kegan, Kyris and Abigail Raines. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and many other loving family members.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God (902 N Logan St, Texas City, TX 77590).
