The memory of Joyce Raines of Dickinson, Texas, born in Baytown, Texas, who passed away on May 21, 2024 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her husband William Gene Raines; her parents, Clarence Winzer and Merdie Winzer; her father-in-law William Lawrence Raines; her siblings, Cecil Winzer and Brenda Fugate; and her sister-in-law Wanda Raines.

She is survived by : her sons, William Gene Raines Jr. and Clarence Matthew Raines; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob Raines, Gavin, Bryce, Kegan, Kyris and Abigail Raines. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and many other loving family members.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God (902 N Logan St, Texas City, TX 77590).
