He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Bailey, Jr. and Helen Grace Bailey; his brothers, William F. Bailey, III and Robert F. Bailey; and his nephew William S. "Butch" Bailey.
He is survived by: his niece Samantha Bailey Walker (John); his great-niece Katelyn Walker; his great-nephew Ryan Walker; and his friend Sidney Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel (10412 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hayes Funeral Home (10412 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563).
