He is survived by: his parents, JoAnn Dodd and James Neely, Sr.; his son Mike; his wife Kathy Neely; his children, Robert (Teresa), Anastacia Castillo (Sterling), Jonathan (Laura) and Alexandra Houtz (Nathan); his grandchildren, Tristen, Ella, Tyson, Isabel and Callan; and his siblings, James Neely, Jr., Arthur Neely and April Casey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
