He is survived by: his wife Sherri Whitaker; his son Joshua Whitaker; his mother-in-law Joyce Cravey of Texas; his sister Cindy Tomberlin (Jerry); his nieces, Jerrianne Ware and Marianne Carter (Tate); and his great-nephew Walker Ware of Baxley.
