She was predeceased by: her parents, Attley Adcock and Dorothy Adcock (Sims). She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Cook; her children, Kelli Elizabeth Ellis (Doug) and William "Dub" Floyd Cook (Kim); her sister Nancy Johnson; her grandchildren, William Logan Cook (Nicole), Hunter Riley Cook and Lynzi Nicolle Street; and her great grandchild Rylen Krew Street-Zahm.
