She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cranford and Thaddie Cranford; her husband Thomas Mervin Chester; her children, Johnny Chester and Katie Patterson; and her great great grandchild Kennedi Burks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vonda Nelson and Patricia Dorner; her grandchildren, Roger Burks, Gary Burks, Donald Patterson, Linda Henton, Timmy Dorner, Brian Dorner, Karen Powers and Cheyenne McClung; and her son-in-law Don Patterson.
