He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Fowler and Pearl Fowler; his former wife LaJuan Fowler (Presley); his siblings, Magoriet M. Fowler (Margie), Rena Kay Milam, Diana Sue Fowler, David Fowler and Gerald Fowler; and his son Rick Resch.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fowler; his children, Kim Hays (Steve) of Odessa, TX., Don Fowler (Sandie) of Hereford, TX, Brian Fowler (Dena) of Melissa, TX, Debbie Wait of Dimmitt, TX. and Deana Grissom (Billy) of Lubbock, TX.; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Resch of Gonzales, TX; and his brothers, Troy Fowler (Pat King) of Hereford, TX and Donald Gene Fowler (Karen) of Alvoid, TX. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and several extended family members and friends.
