She was predeceased by: her parents, Tranquilino M. Avila and Rebecca H. Avila; and her siblings, Domingo Avila, Dr. Celestino Avila, Carlos Avila, Rebecca Avila Solis, Hortencia Avila Martinez, Lydia Avila Cazares, Glendelia Avila and Aurora Avila Cereceres.
She is survived by: her siblings, Yolanda Avila Martinez, Miguel Angel Avila, Alfredo Avila, Richard Avila, Oscar Avila, Tranquilino Avila and JJ Avila. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
